Best photo: bright lighting, clear face, no heavy blur, and enough room around the ears or body. If the photo is not usable, we will ask for a better one before production.

Choose your phone model before checkout, add any pet name or style note in Design notes, then wait for the preview email. Production starts only after you approve the preview. Production time and shipping time are separate, and tracking is shared after the case is made and handed to the carrier.
Custom orders can be changed or canceled before preview approval. After approval, refunds are limited to damaged, defective, incorrect, or PetMyCase production-error items.

Will I see the design before production?
Yes. A preview is sent for approval before production starts.
How long does it take?
Preview usually takes 1-2 business days after we receive a usable photo. Production and shipping time are separate and depend on the destination.
Can I request changes?
Yes, before approval. After approval, the case enters production and changes may not be possible.
What if my photo is not clear enough?
We will ask for a better photo before production, so the case does not move forward with a weak image.
Can I order for more than one pet?
Yes. Add the request in Design notes so we can prepare the preview correctly.
