Shipping policy

Where we ship

PetMyCase currently ships to the United States and supported developed-market destinations enabled at checkout. A country or region is available only when it appears in the checkout destination list.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is included at USD 0.00 for enabled destinations. No express service is currently offered. The shipping method and final charge shown at checkout are the controlling terms for the order.

Preview, production, and delivery

Custom orders have three separate stages:

  • Preview: usually 1-2 business days after we receive a usable photo and complete order details.
  • Production: usually 3-5 business days after preview approval.
  • Carrier delivery: begins after production and varies by destination, carrier, customs processing, holidays, and local conditions.

Preview and production estimates are not carrier delivery guarantees. We do not promise a fixed arrival date unless a specific date is expressly confirmed in writing.

Tracking

Tracking is provided after production when supported by the destination and carrier service. Tracking may take time to show its first scan after the shipping label is created.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, customs authorities may charge import duties, taxes, or handling fees unless checkout states that they are included. These charges and customs delays are outside PetMyCase’s control.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs correction. Once an order has shipped, changes may not be possible. Reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be charged to the customer.

Delayed, lost, or delivered packages

If tracking stops updating for an unusual period, the package appears lost, or delivery status does not match receipt, email support@petmycase.com with your order number. We will review available carrier information and determine the next appropriate action. Carrier investigations may be required before a replacement or refund decision.
