PetMyCase is operated by Fortunity Works INC. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit petmycase.com, place an order, submit custom artwork information, or contact support.

Information we collect

We may collect contact details, billing and shipping information, order history, device and browser information, approximate location, interactions with the store, and communications with support. For custom products, we may also collect pet photos, owner-with-pet photos, pet names, short text, design notes, selected phone models, and preview decisions.

How we use information

We use information to operate the store, process payments and orders, create design previews, manufacture and deliver products, prevent mistakes and fraud, provide support, improve the customer experience, measure store performance, comply with legal obligations, and send marketing communications where permitted.

Custom photos and artwork information

Submitted photos, names, and design notes are used only for the custom-product workflow, including preview creation, production, fulfillment, quality review, and support. You should submit only material that you own or have permission to use.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to Shopify, payment providers, production partners, shipping carriers, cloud hosting and storage providers, email and customer-support providers, analytics services, fraud-prevention services, and advertising or measurement platforms when enabled. These providers receive information only as needed to perform services for PetMyCase or as required by law.

Payment information is processed by Shopify and payment providers. PetMyCase does not store full payment-card numbers.

Cookies and advertising

The store may use cookies and similar technologies for essential store functions, analytics, personalization, fraud prevention, and advertising measurement. Where required, available choices are presented through Shopify customer privacy controls or a consent banner.

Retention

We retain order and transaction records as needed for fulfillment, support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Custom photos and design files are retained only as long as reasonably needed for preview, production, reprint, dispute resolution, and support, then deleted or de-identified when they are no longer required.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about how your personal information is used. You may also withdraw marketing consent or use available cookie and privacy controls. Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, accounting, or transaction purposes.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

Children

The store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
