Design, production, and delivery

PetMyCase orders have three stages: preview, production, and delivery. After checkout, send or upload your pet photo and order details. We prepare a design preview and wait for your approval before production begins.

• Preview estimate: usually 1-2 business days after we receive a usable photo.
• Production estimate: usually 3-5 business days after preview approval.
• Delivery estimate: shown by destination and service at checkout when shipping rates are available.

Production time and shipping time are separate. Weekends, holidays, address issues, customs checks, and carrier delays can add time.

Delivery and tracking

After production, your order is shipped with tracking where available. Delivery time depends on destination, carrier service, and customs processing where applicable.

Address accuracy

Please enter your shipping address carefully. If an order is returned or delayed because of an incorrect address, we may need additional time or cost to resend it.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking stops updating or your package appears delayed, contact us with your order number. We will help review the tracking status and next available action.
